Three Things : Three Giveaways
A fun Tuesday giveaway:
1. Five gift certificates to Songbird Avenue. Here's what's cool about these guys: they are a digital scrapbooking-based online boutique
whose proceeds are donated to various charities each month in an effort
to give compassionately to those in need. Definitely a site to check out and support.
2. One November kit from Stampin With Steph (a Stampin Up independent demonstrator).
3. One November kit (designed by Stacy Julian) for Cocoa Daisy (you will receive this in early November).
To be entered into the drawing leave a comment below and let me know how you celebrate the fall season. Comments will be closed today (Tuesday) at 8pm Pacific and the winners announced shortly after.

I just enjoy the leaves. Since I'm single without kids I don't really do anything special for any season other than just enjoy it.

Going to a pumpkin patch, burning my favorite pumpkin scented candles, and carving pumpkins! I also love to get my hands on some pumpkin ice cream! Yum!

We head to our cabin and have fun watching the boys try and catch the leaves AS THEY FALL. There's invariably a few noggin bumps as the two crash into one another...but they love it...and now they've gotten our dog into the act, too.
After that, we head inside for hot chocolate by the fire!
Thanks for the reminder...we need to get to the cabin soon!
And thanks for the great giveaways...what a beautiful grouping of three things!!!

Hi Ali, we usually pick apples at a nearby orchard, then make a couple pies to eat and go in the freezer for holiday gatherings. We also love homemade caramel, so around this time of year we make a huge batch and the kids wrap them in a wax paper, then we package them up for teacher gifts, guests and neighbors. It's so nice to take long walks in the evenings without the humidity of the summer.

We just made our annual trek to the pumpkin patch with my entire extended family, including my 93 year-old grandma. We always have so much fun and it really gets me fully into fall and ready for the upcoming holiday season.

pumpkin picking, warm cozy clothes, early dinners, football games and cudding on the sofa is all part of welcoming in the fall for us. :) Dawn H

Fall traditions - pumpkin picking, pumpkin carving, spooky decorations for Halloween, Fall Festivals at school, spending time with family, hot caramel apple cider from Starbucks and any food that has pumpkin (muffins, cake, bagels, donuts, pie, etc..). Thanks for all you do, Ali.

carmel apples, drives to check out the fall foliage, raking leaves with the kids to let them jump in. On cooler nights, we have fires in the fireplace.

I looooove fall!!! My family spent last weekend at the pumpkin patch and taking family pictures in the park for our Christmas cards. Fall is a great time to be outside :)

Fall isn't our hugest celebration time. BF will countdown until winter and I'm counting waiting for spring. This year though I'm determined to carve pumpkins and to bake some pies. Some of my favorite things to do in fall when I was young.

Chai tea! I love it and it's perfect for the cooler weather. Also, I cook with more fall ingredients: pumpkin, pecans, cinnamon, etc.

Hmm...how do we celebrate fall season....well...I removed the spring decorations lately :-). Somehow I am way behind everything in the moment...but we're invited to two halloween parties...and I'm gonna bring some goddies...that reminds me...they're still not finished! *lol*.
Thanks for the give away!
Greetings from Austria,
Elisabeth

I love Fall, my favorite season. I always decorate the house with all my fall decorations. Our church will usually have a hay ride in the fall. I also love to bake in the fall, cookies and anything with pumpkin.
Love Fall!!

We celebrate the fall in so many ways - fall scented candles, carving pumpkins, lots of pumpkin flavored treats (including my girls' favorite of chocolate pumpkin muffins), walks outside, leaf collecting, enjoying the cool brisk air.
Love love this time of year.

We are celebrating Halloween this year a lot more than in previous years (is not quite as big in the UK yet) as my daughter is 3 and more in to dressing up now. I have brought her costume and the pumpkin and we will be carving it next week.
I also celebrate Guy Fawkes on 5th November and have already been to a a firework display which is the first one my daughter has stayed awake for and she loved it.
I also love to watch the leaves falling from the trees and seeing them blown around the garden - reminds of the plastic bag scene in American Beauty. It's a wonderful time of year.

We celebrate by doing lots of cooking/baking. So far we have made apple butter, apple sauce, apple pie, bread, chicken soup, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin muffins.

Fall is my all time favorite season- although, since we own a resort, fall means closing up cabins and getting them ready for winter, which means a lot of work! But we also find time for fun- going to the pumpkin patch, carving pumpkins (one of my favorite things to do!), drinking cider, baking pumpkin bread, decorating the lodge, and having our annual fall party where we invite everyone in town!
