Making A Difference : Cocoa Daisy Internet Food Drive
Cocoa Daisy has put together something very, very cool for this holiday season. Here's the basic information from their website:
To see the great list of prizes go here.
Super busy here yesterday. My Mom was here helping me move my office from our spare bedroom into the den to make room for the baby. She and Chris did all the heavy lifting and I directed traffic. It is amazing how much time it takes to get all the computer, scanner, printers, hard-drives, etc set back up (not to mention all the other supplies I have tucked into so many corners of my spare bedroom space). Definitely not done moving stuff by any means, but a great start. I am loving the new room and hope to have some photos soon.
Hope everyone has a great weekend. I have tickets to see Twilight this morning and am hoping that it is not too packed.

Congratulations Ali! I didn't know you were pregnant! I just started this bloggin' thing and I'm learning a lot! :)
I love your work! Your book 'Life Artist' is a fave! I'm sure you haven't heard that before! I feel like we have soooooo much in common! We have a seven year old son who is autistic too.
Thanks for all the inspiration you've brought to my scrapbooking and good luck with the renovation and little one on the way!

Hi Ali,
I just read about your scheduled class for BPS next fall. I don't think I can wait a year but I know you're going to be a little busy!! Thank you so much for committing to teach us next year!

What a great cause! I always think money is the easiest way to go. They can get exactly what they need and not end up with loads of the same thing. Good on you Ali for advertising and I can't wait to see both rooms.

No pictures but last week I donated my turkey points to a local food bank. We have our worries but still have so much and much to be thankful for. And I have a bag of food for a food bank or drive ... whichever I see first.

So excited to see how you managed this. I can't think of a scrapper I know who isn't looking for ways to deal with stuff. Three cheers for your Mom and Chris for diggin in with you.

The Boy Scouts are doing their annual food drive in most areas. They leave a bag on your door on one Saturday and pick it up the next. All you need to do is fill it up and sit it back out for them. How easy is that?

We just got back from Twilight, the first show this morning and even my husband, who hasn't read the books loved it. It was really good and my daughters and I loved it. My husband said it was suspenseful.
Have fun!
