Well, I am not sure what I'd like to learn, but they are starting a karoake and line dancing night here at our army post on Saturdays so I guess I would like to learn some line dances :)

There are a ton of things I want to learn and continue to follow thru with but in scrapbooking it would be learning how to use my new digital camera to it's full potential and learning to use photoshop for digital pictures as well as scrapbooking digitally. In my life I would love to learn how to just let my kids make mistakes-- I am working on this now with letting them learn by "natural consequence" but it so hard seeing your child struggle after a mistake but I know that it's part of life. I need to stop protecting them so much. I guess I am definitely going to be learning the never-ending but rewarding job of being a better parent for my two children.

I am a bit overwhelmed as to only think of one thing that I would like to learn in the next 12 months. I think I would like to learn how to digi scrap. It is something that I haven't taken the time to do, but I know it would be a great addition to my scapping abilities if I knew how to do it. Great giveaways!

I want to learn digital pages. Seems so cool and green.

I would like to learn more patience with my husband and his family. I can be a little defensive at times :D and as we're moving in with my in-laws in March when we move back to Oregon from Australia, I think its going to be a real challenge to learn better communication skills.
Saying that...I'm also really looking forward to the move and all the pictures I'm taking. The last time we'll do things and the memories I'm trying to capture before we go. The photos I'm taking as we pack and start our lives over. And the photos waiting to be taken as we begin living in America with a huge family compared to mine.

I need to learn how to STAY organized and have the courage to do the things I need to do for ME!

I would like to learn how to wake up in the mornings without having to hit my snooze button...multiple times.

I want to master all the cool looking features on my new digital camera.

In the next 12 months, I want to learn how to sew with my sewing machine. I want to make really special gifts, I want to make unique clothing, I want to make my home a more beautiful hand-made haven!

On the crafty front I would really love to learn how to use my sewing machine to do more than sew a straight line. I know it is capable of so much more, but it intimidates me a bit!!

I just started back to work this week after a year of maternity leave. I would like to learn to balance work and family this year :)

My goal is to first learn to read music, then move on to learn how to play the piano! I currently play the hand bells at my church, but can't read the music....someday...sooner than later!

I would like to learn how to live simply...without excess...without waste...without stress. Hmmm...

I want to learn to take a little time every day to write, to photograph or to draw something around me so that I can be more present in my life. I have four kids and a husband and a very busy life, and I want to find a little time to savor it and not be always rushing headlong to the next thing. The December Daily journal is great for this--I just need to keep it up.

I would like to learn another language. I think it would be so much fun!! Thanks & Happy Holidays.

I would really like to learn how to run my little digital camera so that my pictures can turn out for once. I am so horrible at taking the pictures. I just snap and don't have a clue how to set anything on the camera, so therefore, pictures are not so good when I take them.

I would like to learn more about photography too! I'm so inspired by the pictures you take and how spontaneous the look.

Patience, both at home and at work. I'm not sure it's something I can learn, maybe just a way of being, but it's my goal for 2009.
