To be entered into the drawing today leave a comment answering the following: if you could wake up anywhere, where would it be? This question is completely inspired by the very cool site 50 People, 1 Question (thanks for the link Helen). Comments will be closed tonight at 8pm Pacfic with the winners posted shortly after.

Fiji! We had a family holiday there last year and it was glorious. No work, no school, no housework, no TV, no car..... (I didn't even miss my scrapbooking!), just fun family time and remembering why we love each other. Waking up and seeing the kids playing right outside, on the beach, in their pjs, then a family swim before breakfast with the beach all to ourselves (for some reason other people's children slept in!).

I'd love to wake up in Italy, next to my husband and wait to hear our little one calling from her crib for one of us. Hopefully that dream will come true someday courtesy the US Air Force...

If I could wake up anywhere it would definately be Italy. I have come to love Italian cooking and I want to travel there someday. Food, sounds of the people and the smell of great dishes would be so delightful.

I love hearing the sound of the ocean & smelling the salty air...so I'd have to say a little oceanside cabana where it's about 75 degrees...fresh fruit and juice waiting for me at my little outdoor lounge area! Oh, yeah, I wish I could make this happen right now! ;D

I would like to wake up on a great beach with my husband and grandson with me. A house on the beachfront with warm weather and warm water, fully stocked with food and playthings, and my camera would make it perfect. I may have to try that later this summer!

Waking up on Vancouver Island in a cozy bed and breakfast retreat with the sun streaming in through the window and the smell of fresh cinnamon buns baking is my very favourite place!

The Seychelles. I don't know if it was an image of them that stuck in my subconscious or the sound of the name but I've got to go there someday

I love waking up in my own bed, next to my husband and with my two pooches who have snuck in while we were sleeping. That is my fave way to wake up. The really rare way, but my ultimate is when the whole house is clean, the alarm wasn't set & my boys are playing wonderfully together.

Somewhere warm & dry! Our basement is flooded, along with our furnace & water heater. So... probably waking up anywhere else would be an improvement! ;)
I have to say... I LOVE Elle's Studio line! I'm drooling over at their place right now!

If I could wake up anywhere, I could imagine the window open, birds singing, a little warm breeze coming in. I'm thinking some tropical island.

At my in-laws' house. It's so calm there, and feels like such an escape. And with my law school final exams quickly approaching, I could use a calm escape!
Either that or on a cruise ship in the Hawaiian islands! :)

Almost a year ago exactly, I got to go to Monaco with my husband, my dad and his girlfriend, my cousin and her family, and a friend of my dad's to celebrate my dad's 60th birthday. It was such a nice, relaxing, pleasant vacation, and it was fabulous to spend some leisurely time with everyone (We normally live far apart). Plus, of course, being in the south of France. So, I would love to wake up there again.

I would wake up in my own bed, only after a good night's rest. I have a one month old daughter and so sleep is a foreign concept, lol!
