I've never experienced Halloween in the US (it's just starting to be celebrated here in Germany) and I'm totally amazed of the masses of kids and parents on one of your pictures.
I had one single group of kids trick-or-treating here this year, none last year and one group the year before. Just as a comparison! :)

It was a full-street event where they block off a couple streets and all the businesses welcome the trick or treaters. Totally not normal in terms of what we would get at our house. I think my brother got about 4 total trick or treaters ;).

Gorgeous Halloween photos! Anna made an adorable monkey and Simon was a very handsome Harry. Halloween is one of my favourite times of the year.
