It's finally here.
I'm beyond excited to introduce you to the new www.aliedwards.com.
On and off for the last year I've been working with Rubber Design and Studio Aluminum to create this new online home. (Rubber Design is the firm behind that great tooth fairy bag I've posted about previously.) They've both been great partners in this process.
One of the biggest changes you'll find is that there are now two blogs. The first, AE Blog, is where you'll find stories about daily living, inspirational links, thoughts on scrapbooking & creativity, workshop & event updates, giveaways, etc. The second blog, AE Projects, is where you’ll find completed scrapbook layouts, memory projects, step-by-step written and/or video tutorials, product updates, etc. Use the drop-down Archives by Category over on the left to view posts by a specific category.
An almost-complete portfolio of many of my layouts and projects can be found under the About Ali tab along the top navigation by clicking on Portfolio. There's a new Shop link along the top that will take you to my products at Designer Digitals, Technique Tuesday, and Big Picture Scrapbooking. Eventually when I get those PDF's of my books done you'll be able to purchase them there.
There's definitely still some adjustments going on behind the scenes. There are links within the site on older posts that are in the process of being updated and forwarded to the right location.
I'm giving myself some room to grow and expand. Thanks for continuing to read, to support, and be a part of this journey.

Congratulations on your new site I'm trying to find my way around your the and was wondering where all those fabulous resources are that were on the top on the top LH side of your old blog. The one with headingslike words +photos, scrapbooking layouts,digital scrapbooking etc

Hi Michelle - most of those are now listed under the Projects blog: http://aliedwards.com/projects. Look over to the left and you will see a drop-down menu called Archives by Category. In that same area you will find the AE Series menu. That's where the Getting Started With Digital Scrapbooking, Week In The Life, and December Daily compilation pages are located.

Hi Ali, I am an avid reader of your site, and love the new look and sections, it feels much more organized and torough than the old site did, except I have a tight schedule and canot log in more then 2x a week so it is really anoying to have those "continue reading" links and have to click trough individual posts to catch up to everything I've missed here.
At some point last week I stopped getting my feedburner e-mail too, do I need to resubscribe to it?

Hi Brenda - appreciate the feedback. One thing you can do is click through to read the first post (since your last visit) and at the end of that post simply click "newer post" or "older post" to get to the next post (think of it as reading horizontally rather than vertically). As for the feed, double check that this is the address you are subscribed to: http://feeds.feedburner.com/aliedwards

Hi Ali! Very nice new website. Very clean layout. Well thought out organization (the blogs). Definitely your style! Only, one tiny thing, this gray color text is making me cross eyed and I can't stay reading it for long.
