If you shop there each week you'll be able to roll your Extra Care Bucks (ECB's) which is one way of getting items for FREE. I look at it this way, if you save money on the items that you need and use everyday (shampoo, soap, razors, toothpaste, deodorant etc..) then you have extra money to spend on the items you want that don't have coupons (like meat, fresh product, fish etc..) or you can save up for something special.
