I love everything about Christmas! Watching Christmas through my childrens eyes~ What a gift! The spirit, the way the air changes, bells ringing, thinking of others first. How can you not be at peace during the season?

Most of all I look forward to time spent with family. I love being with our grandchildren, ages 2 - 20. I also love my Swedish Christmas decorations and enjoy arranging them every year. I also am looking forward to relaxing now that I have come to the realization that I really cannot do it all.

I look forward to seeing my family. We don't live by any of our family members so the holidays are very special. Our kids get to see their grandparents only once or twice a year so we make the most of it when we have them with us! :)

Every Christmas Eve, all of my children, their spouses, and our beautiful grandchildren (17 and still counting) come to our home to hang stockings- that's 29 stockings!- and eat supper together. I look forward to the moment I can stand on the stairs and look at each and every one of them....just for a moment, amid the noise and laughter.....and make a special Christmas Wish.....and I've had my wish granted, every time. This is the moment I enjoy more than any other.
