My favorite way to take a break is to head to the local book store, grab a latte & the latest magazines. I can spend an hour or two there with no distractions, it is fantastic:)

My favorite way to take a break is to hang out with my family. At the park, at a cafe, or watching a movie. This weekend we watched 'Tinkerbell and the Great Fairy Rescue'. My 6 year old LOVED it! :)

Taking a break means doing something for me, rather than for everyone else in my charge! So, that would be getting creative with paper, or envisioning how fabric will come together for a new quilt square (my new fascination), and probably enjoying some herbal tea or chocolat chaud on the side!
