Lately, my favorite way to take a break has been to make a cup of tea, grab a book and cuddle up on the couch. I have slowly learned to do this without feeling guilty. I am a much better mommy for it!!!!

My favorite way to take a break is to go for a walk with my ipod and the dog. (if it's nice enough) Lately, with the cold weather, I just try to hang out on the couch with a nice cup of coffee or a drink.

Right this minute I am enjoying a quiet break. I got to sleep in this morning, my husband brought me a cup of coffee in bed before he left for work, my son is at a sleepover, and all I hear are the birds chirping outside. I am even going to finish a layout before I tackle the housework!
