I have 2 ways I like to take a break. I love to be in my craft room, either whipping up some cards or a scrapbook page. I also love to read, so curling up with a good book is another favorite little break for me too!

Taking a break for me is curling up with a bowl of ice cream, a warm blanket and catching up on my shows that I usually miss during the week.

My favorite way to take a break — when my little 3 year old man is napping — a cup of coffee from my "fancy, new" Keurig coffemaker that I don't have to re-heat half way thru due to playing trains or reading a book (love that too, though) AND reading the Ali Edwards Blog!

Ali,
My favorite way to take a break is to do some quick internet/blog surfing for inspiration (I wonder how I saw this post...) and then scrapbook and craft away!

My beast way to take a break is to make a coffee and curl up in my computer chair in my craft room, browsing inspiration... Makes me feel quite at peace!

Hmmm... take a break... well, in the morning after most everyone leaves and it's just the little guy and me, I like to make myself a cappuccino, and just sit and relax for a few moments, before I start working. Other than that, sometimes if I'm really feeling stressed, I'll turn on some of my favorite music really loud, and sing and just fell the music for a while. :)

I'm not sure I have a single favorite way to take a break. I love to read and to get lost in a good book, and I am enjoying knitting and crocheting again. There's something relaxing about the rhythm of making the stitches. I also enjoy getting outside and walking around the ponds with my camera and my tag-along companion Pup (even though he's my son's dog!). I've lived here for 27 years, and I still find something interesting to look at as I walk.

Well, it depends on the length of the break. For a short break, probably just popping onto my iPod. For a medium break, I love to play online Backgammon. A long break warrants some reading time or photo editing or a blog entry.
Thanks for the chance at the great giveaway!

I love to sit down with a cup of coffee and ignore everyone! It has been a rough morning.
