GIVEAWAY | Three people will receive spots in Mary Ann Moss's online class Remains Of The Day.
Remains Of The Day is the antidote for all of those paper scraps that keep multiplying in your favorite scrap box and clogging up your artistic super highway. In this process AND project oriented class we’ll be constructing a shabby but sturdy journal (like this one) using all of that paper you’ve been hoarding. Ordinary life never looked better than seen through the pages of this stitched up journal of scraps.

I spring clean as the weather permits. On day where the temps hit the 50s or 60s I throw open the windows, crank the stereo, put on my shoes (productivity hinges on shoes unfortunately...I'd rather be barefoot, but then nothing gets done) and clean. It takes a couple of days, but it's soooo worth it.
Also, I enlist the kids. They helped make the mess, they can help clean it up. :P

I motivate myself to spring clean by inviting someone to my house - then i am forced to clean!

My favorite Spring Cleaning Tip is to do a little everyday! Use nice fresh scents like lemon or lavender essential oils to clean the rooms.

My spring cleaning tip is to get the whole family involved. Put some fun music on and make it a group effort.

Open the windows, turn the music on and I dedicate a certain time slot for spring cleaning and purging..........

My tip - take it in small chuncks, and give give give - all those things you don't love or don't need can go to a thrift store

First I make a list and the list is very important because it keeps me on track of what needs to be cleaned. I usually end up doing everything on my list and that is one cleaning tip I recommend.

I put a large table in the garage every may to stack with my giveaway-sale items as I get to it thru the month...by memorial day it has to be down, then I straighten the garage for the summer.

I love to spring clean with the windows open on a nice spring day. Need some good music playing as well.

I think the best idea is to start in a couple of rooms ( so as not to get bored and quit) and do a complete corner at a time. That is if you wait as long as I do!

My tip is too pick up as you go and tackle one area at a time. I tend to be very easy on myself when it comes to cleaning and our home is warm and comfortable but not spotless.

I try to do one room at a time all year round so when springs comes all I have to do is open the windows and enjoy! The prize looks like a wonderful class. I am sure I would enjoy it.

Hmm, I guess my tip is to just start. Once I start cleaning something, I can't just stop in the middle, so I just take a deep breath and go for it.

What a great class. My favorite spring cleaning tip is to open up the house and let it breathe, Clean the windows and let the sun in! ANd change all of the window treatments to summer weights, lighter, brighter and fresh!

I have a list of all the little things that have been needing to get done, but aren't big enough to bug me to do yet. I tackle as many as I can in one day.
