I love receiving homemade gifts that my children make for me at school....I keep them together in a box and plan to bring them out to show my grandchildren down the track....

I love to receive flowers for Mothers' Day. After a long harsh New England winter, I love to fill my house and all my senses with flowers!

My favorite thing to give my mother for Mother's Day is something to spoil her: a gift certificate, a set from Bath & Body works, treat her to lunch etc. My mother rarely does things for herself and I love to make her feel loved and appreciated. My favorite thing to receive for Mother's Day is anything handmade by my two kiddos. I love that my kindergartener is learner to spell and she spells everything the way it sounds. It makes for some very sweet cards. Anything they make for me tells me that they love me.

Time. Both my favorite to give & receive. The perfect day is an outing with the ones I love the most.

I have the most amazing mom ever. And when I was younger, there was always some handmade project I was taught so I could give something to my mom on this special occasion. She does so much for me and I can never express through words how amazing she is and I am so lucky to be her daughter. I always love making her homemade projects. And now that I sew, my gifts have gone up on the suck to rock scale. I plan on making her a do not forget door hanger pocket.

I like to give and get homemade meals!
