Best thing to receive is something hand made by the kiddos. For father's day, we have an album that the kids contribute a page or two each year, would love something like that for mother's day, but don't think my husband is up for coordinating the Kids' scrapbooking!

my favorite thing to give my mother is a note or letter telling her why she is such a wonderful mom. My mom still has my notes and drawings I've written her framed/hanging up in their house after all these years. I just turned 42 and it amazes me that she continues to have them on the wall.

My favorite thing for Mother's Day are hugs and each child's special way of showing they care. My girls usually give cards and wait on me all day and my son gives me his special smile. But best of all is if everyone gets along for the day!

Time. My favorite gift to receive is breakfast/brunch...my kids usually go all out and make a fabulous meal with decorations and place settings. I love the time they take to help me feel special!
