Anything handmade! I've always loved the things that my kids make for me. I'm kind of sad now that they're in middle school and don't really bring home those precious gifts they make at school. But I still get handmade cards and those are always special.

I'm not a mom, but I like to give my mom a book she's been wanting (she loves to read), a treat, and a handmade card.

I usually made a special card or a small album for my mom. She died a month ago so Mother's Day will be a bittersweet day this year.

My favorite thing to give is something homemade. My mom loves the stuff I create, and I try to make her something special every year.

My favorite thing to receive on Mother's Day is a simple card with a voice recording from my daughter & husband. Last year (my first real Mother's Day) I got one from my sweethearts, and I still tear up listening to my hubby saying "Momma" and my girlie saying "Dadda". It's what I've asked to get every year from here on out!

I love to give my mother a digital scrapbook from Shutterfly- she just loves it! And for me, just getting to spend some quality time along with some hugs and kisses from my 2 young boys is just fabulous. I am blessed! Thanks for the chance to win.

I love it when all my kids get together and we go camping for mother's day! This is my favorite time of the year, even with the sadness I feel over having lost my own mother this time last year. It makes me appriciate the time spent with my kids even greater.

I love to give my mom something good to eat for Mother's Day. This year my brother and I are treating her to a fantastic and fantastically expensive restaurant she's been dying to eat at for the past 25 years.

I love to take time and have someone take pictures of me and my kids for Mothers Day. I'm usually the one behind the camera and I am constantly reminded how few pictures we have together.

Handmade cards from my kids were the best. Now handmade cards from my grandkids are best! The love that goes into the making says it all!

I love to receive and to give a meaningful gift. One of my favorite Mother's Day gifts was a necklace from Lisa Leonard that has each of my children's names on it with a beautiful pearl.
