My favorite thing to eat during the holidays are stained-glass window cookies. They are basically colored marshmallows surrounded with semi sweet chocolate and covered with coconut, delicious!

Christmas Eve my extended family gets together and eat nothing but appetizers and desserts. I love them all (family and foods). It makes everything so relaxed and everyone is happy!

My favourite thing is actually a drink - we always have a Snowball on Christmas Eve in memory of my Mother-in-law who passed away before I met my husband - it includes her in our Christmas celebrations and is very yummy :)

My favorite thing to eat at the Holidays is the Jam Rolls that I make every year from the weekend after Thanksgiving up to Christmas. They are alot of work, but so worth the effort. Jam Rolls are a family recipe passed down to me from my Grandmom. She taught me when I was just a young girl and I have been making then on my own now for 25 years. This past weekend my step-son figured out that since I have been making them on my own I have made around 37,500 Jam Rolls (give or take a few hundred)! Everytime I make them I am reminded of the wonderul memories of making them with my Grandmom. They are just so good!

I think it would have to be sugar cookies...with egg nog. :)

My favorite holiday treat are my mom's "Monster Cookies" - peanut butter oatmeal cookies with chocolate chips + M&M's...so yummy!!
