What is Christmas without the citron ladden fruit stollen that is covered with not only fruit, but a thin layer of icing and nuts yummy!

Every year my mom and I bake about 400 spritz cookies. I love eating these with my morning coffee (as I am doing now!).

Cookies- for sure! Chocolate chip, sugar, gingerbread, oatmeal, spice, snickerdoodles, I could go on and on and on.

I love the dark chocolate peppermint combinations that appear this time of year.

unfortunately, everything during the holidays. I do love chex mix though as well as peppermint fudge.
