Here en Barcelona (Spain) we love to eat all kinds of seafood on Christmas Day, and then cannelloni on Boxing Day!

My favorite thing to eat during the holidays-cookies that I don't make any other time of the year. I like to bake, but there are certain cookies that are our "Christmas cookies". :)

I would say that my favorite thing to eat during the holidays is an Italian dessert called Panettone that my mom makes and ships to me every year.

I LOVE iced sugar cookies.

Eggnog shakes...there's something magical about eggnog when you add vanilla ice cream plus the fact that they are only available this time of year.

My favourite holiday treat is shortbread! Oh and homemade toffee that tastes like a score bar. Yum.

I love to eat peanut butter cookies...the ones with the mini-reese's cup pressed into it. They are so addicting!

My mom's mincemeat tarts, a recipe handed down from my Nanny.

I have to admit I have a tie...both made by my awesome mother-in-law. The fave cookie is those green corn flake wreaths and the best "drink" are her whiskey slushes. So many memories!
