Wow!! What a great giveaway. My favorite thing to eat during the holidays are all of our yummy treats on Christmas Eve. My favorites are dill Harvati slices on club crackers and Hot Clam Dip in a bread bowl. :)

My favorite thing is cooking together with my Mom for the holidays, and her fabulous turkey gravy. In fact, we call it liquid "gold". It's the best gravy ever; made from scratch. Of course having it on top of the turkey, mashed potatoes, and yummy cornbread stuffing is even better. Wow, reading everyones' posts can make a person REALLY hungry. All of these holiday treats sound so wonderful.

My husband makes a coffee-sauce brisket every year for one night of Hanukkah. Except for the years that he accidently blows up the blender making the sauce (well, OK, even those years), it is the absolute best holiday food ever.

Have to say fudge! That was one treat I remember as a child, we always had a Christmas and never any other time. Now, I only make it at Christmas...just because that is the way it supposed to be.
