Just watched Tom Brokaw's last broadcast on NBC's Nightly News. He is one of those people that I grew up "knowing." Seems like he has been there forever...twenty years I guess. I was nine when he began as the anchor. My impression of him...he just seems like a good man. And man has he seen the world.

Type in Tom Brokaw on Google today and there are 292,000 links. I am sure on any given day there would be hundreds of thousands. The ones at the top today, from newspapers across the country, speak to his legacy, and their impression of him through the years. One I liked: Tom on NPR . Nice to hear him in his own voice, on his own legacy.
