Meet Will.

Hello Will. Nice to meet you.

We ran into this guy, Will, as we were getting off the MAX train in downtown Portland on New Year's morning about 1am. There were tons of people riding the MAX at this time - making it home safe and sound with a free ride courtesy of the city of Portland (thank you Mayor Katz). As Chris got off the train he made eye contact with this guy. Chris said it was one of those moments where you connect with another person and you just know something is going to come of it. This guy walked right up to him and put his arm around him and just started walking with him as if they were a couple. I was dying laughing and could not get the camera in position soon enough, but man I laughed. After we all had a good laugh (and the guy took his hands off Chris) he introduced himself as Will. He had the BEST hair. I loved it.

He said he was hanging out with a bunch of Chinese people who did not speak English, and that he must of just met that night.

The cool people you meet at 1am on New Year's Day.

We loved being in the city. The party was cool - held at the Voodoo Lounge in the Red Room. All the photos have a great red tinge to them from the overall reddness. Great to hang out, catch up with our friends, and have our own hotel room to go back too.
