The dinner table.
Tags:One of the things we have been working on around here is sitting at the table during dinner. Tough for any kid at this age...and probably a bit tougher for a kid like Simon. Tonight was a good night. He ate broiled chicken (after I added some ketchup to his plate for dipping), red grapes, and some bread (we are not to the no gluten part of the diet yet - starting with no dairy and moving into the other a bit slower). He ate lots of grapes and all of his chicken...and stayed in his chair for the most part...mostly. So thank you God for a good night at the table :).

That sounds wonderful Ali! We really need to get into the dinner time routine too. I'm hoping to make the big switch when we move. I'm just so happy when he does eat that I let him do it wherever he wants. What a spoiled little toot my guy is.:)

Nightly dinners at the table are one of my fondest memories of childhood, and for that, I am grateful.

Ali,
So great to hear you are all eating at the table. I think that is really important.
Remember our fee box for bad table manners?!
