Inside the Actor's Studio.
Tags:Ever seen this show? It is part of our Sunday night line-up...what comes after 60 Minutes. We have seen some really great interviews on there including Robert Redford, Mark Wahlberg, etc. We find it fascinating to hear actors talk about their craft, their artform. Plays Sunday nights on Bravo.
And, yep, we ate popcorn.

I have not seen it, but I'll have to see if AFN (armed forces network) is picking it up.

Oh sure, this looks so great and I don't get Bravo! I will have to watch for it though, incase another station picks it up. Looks cool.

I LOVE this show. My fave so far was Robbin Williams.

You've got to see Jamie Foxx's interview. Amazing. I had a totally different image of him in my head than came through in that interview. Very cool.

Love your site. I was "blog hopping" a few weeks ago and found it.
The "Old School" DVD has as spoof of "Inside the Actors Studio" with Will Farrel playing James Lipton, interviewing the actors in the movie. So freakin' hilarious. If you're a fan of the real show, you might find this extra entertaining. It's completely irreverent.
You're much higher class than I am. My Sunday night line-up includes mostly cartoons on Fox and the occasional "Aqua Teen Hunger Force" on Cartoon Network.

Ali, as posted above by Jen....Will Farrell's impersonation of James Lipton is so freaking hilarious. I once saw him, as James Lipton, interviewing the real James Lipton. He's so over the top with it.
I bet it's on the Best of Will Farrell DVD too.
funny stuff.

Funny story about popcorn...
I was trying to convince Kyle to rent the Incredibles wiith us and snuggle in for family movie time (he hates movies) and he just kept refusing. I said..."Come on, we'll have popcorn". He looked like he was about to say yes, then he just said "I'll have popcorn, but I'm not watching a movie". So I said forget it. Then later in the afternoon, The Lion King 1 1/2 was on and Kailyn and I snuggled under a blanket and started to watch (rainy day here yesterday...perfect for movies, and Kailyn is my movie watching kid). We were watching the opening credits were the Disney logo comes up and Kyle must have heard the sound and he came running in from the other room and said "Hey, is anyone having popcorn in here?" LOL! Maybe you had to be there, but that kid cracks me up. He's a popcorn freak!

Another Actors' Studio fan. Jude Law also had a great interview.
Thanks, Ali, for the "Encyclopedia of an Ordinary Life" recommendation. Just finished it this morning while on vacation (hello from Amsterdam!)
Also digging your new banner photo :)

Ali, one of the best episodes I saw was when the cast of the Simpsons was interviewed. Very funny and James Lipton almost cracked up a few times which was nice to see.

One thing that helps me with watching what I spend is to write every single thing down.
(In my SS Planner, of course.)
For example, on the March page summary, I write down everything I bought that month. (I have a predetermined limit that I set for myself.)
Then, I can look at it and know where I stand. Somehow seeing it in writing helps to keep it in control. (especially needed when the new ck comes out with all the cool ads.)
