7 years. Of love and friendship. Ups and downs. Good and bad. Communicating and totally lacking communication. Laughter and tears. Dirty dishes and dirty diapers and dog poop. Life and death. Bliss and pain. Dining out and dining in. Holidays and everydays. Silence and noise. Changing perspective, changing religion, changing homes, changing jobs, changing lifestyles, changing diets, changing needs, changing desires, changing wants, realizing dreams. A million transitions.
Of peace and fury. Supporting. Challenging. Building a home. Building trust. Of walking that fine line.
Of searching and finding and searching again. Learning who we really are and growing into who we want to be. Becoming stronger as individuals. Letting one another grow and develop and become. Giving the gift of self-discovery. Of just being. Of patience.
7 years of you and me. Together. Sometimes far apart. Sometimes too far. But always together.
Moving forward. To today. And tomorrow. And whatever comes next...

Ali, What a beautiful layout and the journalling is just awesome. It's so true and the way you were able to express it so eloquently is wonderful. Marc and I just celebrated our eigth anniversary and we have encountered the same highs and lows and wouldn't trade a minute of it. Happy Anniversary! :)

Congrats Ali!! My anniversary is on 8/22... and we were also married in 1998!
I know about all of the good and bad times... my daughter was diagnosed with a kidney disorder when she was 15 months old and we are currently awaiting a kidney donor for a transplant.
Lives are very precious. But life goes so much easier when you have a great husband to go through it with!

Great Page! I just had to share that we got married on the VERY SAME day! Aug 1, 1998 was my wedding too! Wow, the last 7 years went faster than I imagined. Congrats! How kewl!
