Just wanted to let you guys know I have been creating a few more designs to add to my Life Artist shop. I also reorganized the layout of the shop so that all like items are featured together (like all coffee/tea mugs, all ringer shirts, etc). All kinds of crazy cool things to get you inspired. I just got an Embrace Imperfection Art Apron in the mail today and I am so excited to pack it up to take to CKU-A.
Also, Scraptalk.com is having a great little contest related to my new book (release date is June 30th). She is also running a special on the book at 15% off. Check it out & thanks for all your support Deb!
Running around here like crazy doing all the last minute things that need to get done before I leave tomorrow morning. I am totally excited because Tara and Emily are coming to hang and have a sleepover with Cathy and me. Emily, along with one of my total idols Mary Grace, are going to help out in class - dude, get ready for FUN times in San Jose.
And I am totally having one of those days where all I want to do is make stuff but all I have time to do is get ready to go. CRAZY.
Also wanted to send out a reminder about the Daily Happiness blog. Anyone who thinks I am happy all the time (ha ha, LOL) may want to think again...this is a place where I (and you) can go when you feel all those feelings we ALL experience and gain a bit of perspective on our lives. Somedays I go there to celebrate and other days to remind myself of all the good that really exists...just trying to keep it real.

Meant to post under the quote from Oprah. One of my favorite quotes is from Dr. Seuss and it goes like this:
“Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind."
I try to keep this in mind when I don't think it is OK to be myself. Thanks for doing your blog every day.

That's funny - I was just thinking "I wonder if she is happy all the time."
But really, I do want to ask a question...do you only scrap "happy stuff"? Have you ever scrapped "not-so-happy stuff" or even "bad stuff"?

wow Ali! I guess I've been in a box cuz I never went to your store before and somehow hadn't ended up at the new happpy blog yet ! Oh gosh...I would kill to be in the room for that sleepover! All of you in one room??? I would die laughing! Enjoy yourself!
We are just waiting for that release date....the store copy is getting TIRED and loved on. I'm feeling sorry for the UPS man when he delivers THAT box! We might maul him!
