50 lbs. & Liz's Creativity.
Tags:Stopped at one of our local farms this morning after taking Simon to school and picked out a couple of pumpkins. The big one is 50 lbs. YES. 50 lbs. That is one big piece of orange goodness. I love pumpkins. Last year I think I had at least 20 of them and I carved them all. This year I return from Tokyo on Halloween so Simon will get to carve with Grandma.
I am pretty sure I forwarded newsletters to everyone that requested one yesterday. If you signed up as a new subscribed make sure to confirm your subscription with the second email that comes through (it is called a confirmed opt-in program).
Henry Update: The little dude is doing awesome. Growing so much. Liz and John are adjusting to all the joys & challenges of parenthood - I finally get to meet him in a couple weeks and I am so excited.
One of Liz's many talents is that she is super creative (she is the one who makes those beautiful Emily Street bridal veils listed in my links). The last time my sister and I were at her house she was showing us these cool platters that she and her friend had put together with finds from garage sales and flea markets. Jessica and I couldn't believe how totally cool they were. She now has them listed on ebay - check them out here. A new little venture for a new mama.

Hi there, I thought I had signed up for your neswtletter but did not receve it, but then again maybe I didn't (brain drain these days). Could you please add me to the list. Still so excited by your classes that I attended in Sydney (not so long ago).... you really had a positive impact on my scrapping! Just loving it. I really wanted to say - thanks! Cheers, Nicola
