Simon has discovered Photo Booth.
Tags:Over the last couple of days Simon has discovered the built in iSight/Photo Booth program on my laptop. He has taken over 200 photos of lots of his favorite things including trains and foods. Totally cracking me up. A fun way to capture his own little moments.
Another favorite this last week is on the Sesame Street website where Elmo talks about needing to go to the potty: Elmo's Potty Time. Simon is all over that one too. Amazing how much he really does pick up while watching (he has been doing great with all the bathroom stuff + this has seemed to solidify it even more for him).
Tomorrow it is back to school!

Hi Ali,
My daughter (now 6) discovered my digital camera when she was Simon's age. One day I unknowingly uploaded an entire Barbie photo shoot, shot against a curiously bright red background....her stuffed Elmo!
Funny how the kids manage to do as good (and sometimes better) of a job capturing the essence of a day/place/person. GO Simon! Your photo booth is great!

How adorable! Like mother like son, huh? ;-) My favorite is Simon with his orange juice and you with your coffee. My DD always drinks "coffee" (choc milk) at her desk, just like mama. ;-)

Looks like Simon "accidentally" participated in September's "12 of 12". way to go dude - it's the package deal...random shots of your day...maybe with a few to spare!!
Great job to both both of you!! Now mom...scrap that page!!

Yeah, my BF and I have discovered photo booth, too... we sat around one night just taking silly pictures of ourselves. It's cheap entertainment, that's for sure. Glad to know that we're as easy to entertain as preschoolers ;)
It sounds like Simon is making such great progress... it's fun to watch him grow up through your blog :)

what is it with kids and photos??? I have a 10 year old soon to be step son and I bet I have over 300 pictures on my computer of his stuff! It's so funny! He's autistic as well, not sure if it's that or just being a kid!
TFS~
