Heading to Salt Lake.

Here's a couple things to note:
1. The aezine is back in effect and was emailed out last night. I noticed that a bunch of emails bounced (most likely since it has been a few months since sending one out) so if you did not receive one and you have changed your address recently you will want to sign-up again (using the box up at the top right). Make sure to respond to the confirmation email as well: without the confirmation you won't get the newsletter. As always, you can view the latest issue (and all the back issues) in the archives.
2. Saturday is National Scrapbook Day and I will be back from Salt Lake in time to host an online crop on the Creating Keepsakes Message Board from noon to 4pm Eastern. My Mom is going to be here with me which will make it even cooler. There will be challenges issued each hour relating to the idea of everyday beauty (and will be archived for those of you that already have other plans). I will also post the challenges here later on Saturday.
3. I am going to stick with Monday as the day to post links to your aezine weekly challenges. Know that you can post your link whenever you have a chance to complete the challenge.

That online crop sounds like fun. I will be at my first all-day crop, but when I come home to nurse the baby I will check in to see what's happening on CK's site. Great aezine, Ali!

I hope your meetings are enjoyable and productive. I loved this issue of AEzine. I've been on a "shedding the layers" process since you came back from Japan and shared your ideas about going through your stuff. I gave a bunch of supplies to my son's preschool and they were delighted. I stopped buying stuff just because I thought it was neat, and now wait for that tug that tells me an item is something special to me. This has helped clarify my desires, saved me money, and lessened the clutter. A couple of months ago I started applying this idea to the rest of my house. It's a slow process, but I feel so free in my spirit. Thanks Ali, for getting me started. Therese

Hi Ali,
Just wanted to let you know how excited I am that the AEzine is back up and running. I just finished reading this one and feel it is the perfect challenge for me right now! I'm really feeling motivated to remove those layers, like you said. I'm so looking forward to the coming AEzines!! Please, keep up the inspiration :)

Loved this week's AEzine and the links to other blogs/sites. Got my beautiful kit in the mail yesterday (happy birthday to me!) I had actually forgotten that I had ordered it so it was a great surprise. I've never done an online crop. Who know? Saturday may be a new first. Thanks, as always, for sharing!

Ali, I hope you don't mind me asking: Is the cd from the kit Mac-compatible? I put it in my Apple and it spun and spun but wouldn't open up.

The font on the Bonus CD does work fine. I played with the spacing in MS Word to allow the tails of the Ys and the Ps to show up! I am SOOO excited! Oh, and I used my CD on a Mac. It works fine on an Apple.
