WOW! Almost 1500 entries!!! That is amazing!!! My biggest photo struggle is just "letting go" letting go of the so-so prints and letting go of the so-so digi ones... then storage/organization wouldn't be so hard!

I suppose like most working and busy scrapbookers, I have much trouble with staying organized and being able to find "the" picture I am looking for when I am looking for it. Thanks for sharing this book with us! Vicki

Got a new digital Rebel xti last summer and am having a hard time keeping all the photos organized. How to label? How to get a routine for uploading and saving? When to print them and in what order? How to know if I have already used a photo in a layout? ETC ETC.
I NEED THIS BOOK.

My biggest photo struggle is keeping up with the organization; I take a lot of photos, both film and digital, and keeping up with it can be a job in itself.

My biggest (2) photo challenges are not being able to print them right away and organizing my photos. I am trying to get into the habit of taking my camera everywhere I go...to celebrate the everyday ordinary * amazing parts of life.
Thanks

biggest struggle for me having so many digital photos & having such a hard time deleting any of them....even the not so good pictures I feel like I'll be losing something I can never get back once I hit that delete button.

Learning the ways of my new(ish) digital SLR. I have a prosumer model I love because it gives me what I see, and while I love the look from the SLR, I haven't taken the time to get it to that point. It's a bit darker, though the detail is amazing.

I have a hard time focusing on which direction I want to go. For example, I am trying right now to scrap a backlog of Christmas photos because I like to have them to look back on as my children grow. HOwever, what I REALLY want to scrap are the "funny things my girls say" photos instead of the events. THerefore, I always have LOTS of photos printed but rarely ever get them all scrapped. I need direction. : )

I am really good about uploading my photos to my computer regularly and then once a month I upload the photos I actually want to scrap to Shutterfly and have them printed. I keep them organized at home by month, and this has all been working fairly well.
My biggest challenge is when I actually get around to scrapping the photos, I wish I had different sizes or had cropped the photos differently. And I hate to spend even more time and money on re-cropping and re-printing. I guess I need to get over that!

Getting photos of myself
Organizing my photos so that if I get a chance to work on them months later they still make sense.
Archival storage
Dealing with the boxes of prints I still have and finding a system of digital photo storage that works together with that.
Saving money to buy the fancy lenses I want (that's not so much a problem as a dream...)

My biggest photo struggle is light ... I just never seen to be able to get it right. Maybe I need an SLR - he he he.

My biggest photo struggle is actually going through my pictures and organizing and editing them after I get them off my camera. I end up "dumping" them off my camera card into a temporary folder that I tell myself I'm going to go back to later to rename/edit/organize. I now have tons of temporary folders of pictures and even though I know I need to take care of them, it feels just so overwhelming. It's like clutter that just keeps piling up and piling up. I'm hoping to win Stacy's new book to help me!

My biggest challenges are:
1. remembering to burn CDs so I can print pictures that I've downloaded and editted. Taking the cards in with me is easier but then the editing isn't done. Uploading from home is a slow, slow, tedious process - like you can do 8 at a time.
2. having enough money to print all the pictures.
3. getting them into albums once the envelopes come home.
I have no problem taking lots of pictures though!!

My biggest struggle ... figuring out how to get different size pictures (ie. all different pictures not picture package of the same pic) printed on one letter size sheet;
and desiding which pictures to keep and which to chuck (delete)

Biggest challenge? Too many pix (3500+) since my kids were born. All on computer. Now they've eaten up too much memory on computer and computer may need to be replaced or photos gotten off beacsue partner uses it for work. Of course the camera at the beginning was 2.0 megapixels and I don't want to keep moving photos around risking compression and losing picture quality. Let alone how to do this with efficacy in the time I have for it. I have 3 kids 4 years and under.

My biggy is organising and using old pre-digital photos. I thought I had them sorted but I've found I've lost an important photo of about 15 years ago. Plus I still have photos in old peel and stick albums.
