Hmm...my biggest photo struggle...I would say that I can be picky about print sizes. So I may start off with a 4X6, but then realize I want the photo to be a bit bigger (or smaller). So then I have to go back and re-print the desired size. Sounds silly, but it really interrupts my creative flow.
I guess this fits into the category of planning and organization!

my biggest problem like so many here is so many and don't know where to begin to organize them. I signed up for the class and can't wait to get started.

Lighting!!! I live out east and it's hard to get good natural light in the colder months. I have a new baby boy and I am always positioning him by the window. Can't wait for the warmer months.....

With two very active boys, there is always one who is sitting still and one that is not! Also, once the pics are taken, printing them and getting them off the computer is a task!

I take tons of photos and save them to disc. I need a clear way to organize the discs and the photos that I have printed out. It is totally overwhelming!

I take some decent outdoor photos. Luck really.
My struggle is indoors and being creative about set up. I just don't understand all the ins and outs of photography.

Wow. You are about to get a bazillion comments.
My biggest struggle isn't so much taking the photo, it's deciding which ones to use on a page!

My biggest photo struggle is blurry pictures and bad lighting.
My biggest camera struggle is remembering to bring my camera with me... whenever I see something that looks like a great shot I get excited & then not so excited because I realize I am sans camera.

My biggest photo struggle is that I take so many shots of things/events (recent 4 day trip - 575 photos)that I have a hard time narrowing them done. I always want to keep and scrapbook them all! On the upside, I have become a better photographer and I have a much better eye for things because of all my experience. So I guess I'm not really complaining!

My biggest problem is what to do with the photos I DON'T scrap. Right now they are sitting in a box completely NOT organized! :)

Very good question, and I'll be very honest...I never take my camera out of auto-focus...I know I can, I have and the pictures turn out great...I just don't. Why? I guess because it takes an extra five seconds...I don't know...but I don't do it. I guess I just like being able to turn it on, and take 10 pictures in the first 30 seconds....

Biggest photo struggle-taking way too many photos of an event, then having difficulty deciding which ones to choose to scrap.

I have a hard time FINDING all my pictures. They are never in the same place. I know I have some in a box under my bed, some in my craft room, some at my Mom's house. I have some on a disk that were from a crashed hard drive that a friend of mine salvaged. They're all over. It would be wonderful to just get them all in one spot! And then if they were easy to find it would be a miracle. Don't pick me though, I already pre-ordered the book. lol I'm definitely going to incorporate Stacy's system! ASAP!

This has been on my mind a TON lately...for several reasons. First, there was a terrible house fire just a few blocks away and the entire house was destroyed. How sad they must feel to lose their pictures, and I would be devastated. So, how can I prevent that? Secondly, I need to get the photos OFF my computer, pronto. The thought of uploading them to be printed makes me shudder because of the time it takes. And lastly, I have to get them in albums of some sort. Whether it be scrapbooks or photo albums, one of my favorite things to do is look back at my kiddos when they were little. I am going to be a busy lady and I am looking for ideas and motivation to get this done!!

Deleting bad ones and sorting before just storing them on my computer. I keep making my job of organizing bigger and bigger.

My biggest struggle is knowing when to put the camera down and just savor the experience of life.

I have a problem with taking 'boring' pictures. I tend to take pictures of people when they are busy doing things like visiting with family, etc. Later, I regret not having them pose.

Bigger memory cards mean that I can take A LOT more pictures before ever having to pull them off the card onto the computer. By the time I get around to it, it's harder to organize because there are so many pictures and it's harder to remember the stories behind the pictures.

my biggest photo struggle doesn't really pertain to the book. BUT, as a married woman with no children, i find that i don't take many pictures. and therefore, don't have many to scrapbook. i mean, i've done all of the "everyday" types of things, but how many times can i scrap a picture of me and my husband? to be honest, it has been months since i've made a page. not because i don't have an interest, but because i'm out of pictures.
