Hi, Ali!
My biggest photo struggle is capturing my husband's personality in photos. :)

Thanks for the great giveaway opportunity!
Taking too many photos and never using them. I seem to be drawn to the same few photos when I scrapbook even through we have lots of photos of other days or activities.

My toughest problem is when I'm quietly taking photos at a family event and then my one family member whips out her camera and starts ordering everyone around saying, "SMILE!" I like a combination of posed and "natural" photos which is impossible with her following me around.

My DD is only 18mo old and we have over 2000 photos of her.... and only a handful od us as a family. I don't know where to start organising our digital photos - right now they are ALL on our computer. This photo thing is v new for us. Our last holiday as a couple languishes somewhere on a role of film (one of several, all unidentifiable...)There are very few photos before the digital camera arrived with the baby (kinda a two-fer deal...!!!) and altho I KNOW I don't NEED to catch up with the scrapbooking, I don't want huge gaps either (Mummy, was I ugly after my first birthday? Is that why there are no pages of me since then?....) Ali, I don't just WANT this book, I NEED this book (also, it's pretty near impossible to get these books over here in UK) Go on, gies a keek (sorry, Robert Burns Night, Scots slipped out there!!!)
PS Regardless, thanks for your daily inspiration!!

Most definitely finding good lighting ... and my new 50mm lens was dropped by my daughter and is no more .... which helped a tad. Thanks Ali.

My biggest struggle is taking the perfect picture, the close ups of my kids, their faces and hands and feet and so on, and then trying to learn how to use Adobe.

My biggest struggle: I have photos everywhere!!! I take too many photos with my digital camera... duplicats even in case I didn't get it the first time or I lose them. Then there is the before digital photos in boxes...should I scan them, leave them in boxes, scrap them? Oy vey!! :0)

I am not an organized person --my family will attest! This means that my photos are terribly disorganized, both the digital ones on my computer and the thousands of printed ones in boxes in my scrap room.
I really am trying to get things in order, but I lack a good organizational plan.

I've been thinking about this a lot since I saw your post yesterday. Storing photos is the biggest issue I have. I want to scrapbook them, but I don't always have time. So I want to display them - because I want to enjoy the photos of our family. Most the time they end up in piles and then I can't find what I want, when I'm ready for it.

Ok my biggest stuggle with my pictures is that I take a ton of them. Upload all of them even the bad ones. I go to print them and have a problem of choosing which ones to print. I end up printing the not so great ones and then end up printing more. So I have this Abundant stack of pictures that I will probably never use. Thanks for a chance to win SJ new book.

Biggest photo struggle: little to no daylight in MN during the winter months, count 5 of them. I work full time outside of the home, it's dark when I leave in the a.m. and dark when I come home in the p.m., so very few photo opportunities of the kids during winter months.

Getting them backed up...yes, yes, I know this is horrible. I am really thinking of paying for smug mug just to have the sense of security of knowing that it is done for me!

My biggest challenge has to be finding the picture I am looking for. Also since I have gone digital I am not real good about printing my photos. I also need to get all my photos that I have on my computer backed up somewhere.

My biggest struggle is taking a picture of my youngest son . They always come out blurry. He's going to look back at his album and think he was always wearing mittens! LOL!

I don't look at my photos as problems...I LOVE THEM!!! I am looking for new ways to display them in my house, so I can interchange them easily and often. I'm also trying to find better ways to organize them. Starting the 365 project has helped with organizing, but I'm taking more pictures than EVER!
