My problem - forgetting to take pictures of every day life, forgetting to get myself in the pictures sometimes, not knowing how to organize my digital pictures, and what in the world do I do with all those negatives?
Love your site, Ali - you are an inspiration!

That's easy - organizing the boxes and boxes of photos. Especially the heritage family photos I've inherited. I can't wait to read what Stacey has to say ! Thanks Ali !

My biggest struggle is a catch-22. I don't print most pictures until I am ready to scrap them, keeping them just digitally. The problem - I forget what I have if I don't take the time to go back and look. And grandparents don't always see them because they aren't online.

Wow! I saw this post last night when there were only 94 comments, but wanted to think about my answer. Well, my biggest photo challenge is organizing and keeping only the digital photos I need. I have hundreds of the same photos for certain events which equals thousands of photos to store and my girls are only 3 years and 6 months old. How many photos will a lifetime bring? I love Stacy's Big Picture system (very liberating and life-changing outlook on scrapbooking) so I am excited to see her new book. And, Ali, I LOVE your Life Artist book and inspiring blog. Thank you for helping me ACHIEVE(my 2008 word) some of my creative goals for the new year.

My biggest struggle is finding time to take more family photos. I love taking photos regularly of everyday life, and, in fact, am the "photographer" for all of my friends' and family events. I just need to set time aside (and learn how to use my remote) to take my kids and husband to a cool location and get some awesome family shots! This is one of my top goals for the Spring!

My greatest struggle is simply having too many photos to know what to do with them! Finding the time and the energy to actually scrapbook them ... before I drown in hundreds and hundreds more as the weeks go by. But at least they are there ... ready and waiting!! ;)

We have too many photographers in the family! Which is great because *somebody* is going to get the perfect shot, but all those digital photos are simply overwhelming to me.

Actually printing the pictures I have on my computer. I have about 18,000 pictures on my hard drive right now (all backed up on DVD of course) but I rarely print any. When I do I just have them in the sleeves from the store and never in order. It would take me months and months to get organized! Help!

My biggest struggle is learning how to NOT scrap all the 50 bazillion pictures i have. I always feel the need to scrap every single picture. with the perfect paper. and the perfect embellishments. and then put them into the perfect album.
Help.Please.

My biggest struggle with my photos is deleting them off my computer. It doesn't matter if they have already been printed or never been printed. I don't have the will power to delete them. They just sit there for no reason. And it doesn't matter if the photos are blurry! All the photos sit on my hard drive. . .just.. .sitting. Never to see the light of day.

My biggest problem is my organization system. I take alot of pictures, both in jpeg and raw format, and it seems like I just can't get a good system down! It takes me forever to find that "one" picture I remeber taking at a certain function......
Aside from that I get overwhelmed at the amount of photos I have that I want to scrap. So I started to do digi scraps and now I have a bunch in my computer that have never been printed out! urrgggg

My biggest challenge is between pics on the computer and pics that I have printed....I just don't know what to do! Have I printed these pics, or do they need to be printed? It is all overwhelming....

I am still trying to figure out how to use my new camera. That's my biggest struggle right now. I bought a Canon 30D last year and I know what I want it to do, I just still need to figure out how to make it actually do that. LOL! I'm sure it's a learning process that never ends. Perhaps that is half the fun.

I need to remember to back up more OFTEN, just in case! Also, I need to delete more photos and just keep my favorites.

Deciding what to print/keep and what to store/delete. Also, how can I create better photos by cropping them. I would love to get my photos into albums but have only made one small scrap book for Father's Day last year. All my other photos are stuck in boxes or on the computer. Like many I am overwhelmed with where to start--my kids are 8 and 5.
