Three Things.

Threethings2_12

1. Fiskars fingertip kraft knife. Have been using this for awhile now + am loving the precision I am getting from this tool - especially around the corners.

2. Monthly update cards for babies first year found at Sparkability. Love the idea of these.

3. Cosmo Cricket Tank Mix Die Cuts. Love the random black & white type-mixture.

I am loving anything cosmo cricket these days! I went on a supply run to Scrapbook Garden, and bought cardstock that looks like an old payroll from the thirties! I have tons of new stash, and I can't wait to get my house clean enough to scrap today! Thanks for the neat posts.....Jen from Huntington Beach, CA

    Ali--
I just wanted to let you know that there is a local radio station here helping "Autism Speaks" as the radio DJ's son has been diagnosed with Autism. I know with your help/following of scrapbookers they can accomplish their goal..... The band, Five for Fighting, is generously donating $0.40 to Autism Speaks for *each time* this video is viewed . When you have a moment, please visit here and watch the video (and pass it along to your friends and family). They are aiming for 100,000 hits, but lets help them to surpass this goal. Here is the link : http://www.wkrq.com/jocks-jj.php?PHPSESSID=4367831f6b502fef9045e765c4682f0e Thank you for your time and effort-- we are in the process of having our son tested for Asperger's- a form of Autism.

Cool stuff, Ali. The Fiskars tool sounds great - will have to find one!
And now you've got me trying to figure out a monthly card system for my twins - maybe it could be a re-cap of each month of Jr.K.!!
    Thanks for sharing!

I love my fiskars finger knife! Also love the idea of those baby cards. I wish there was a better description of what is on those cards, I"m throwing my sis a baby shower in July and was contemplating getting her a set?

I recently got the fingertip knife and it is the coolest tool. I like that it's compact, easy to hold, gets around things, and it wasn't too spendy! I recently bought a 1950's royal typewriter. It is the coolest thing ever! I cleaned it up, re-learned how to type on a mannual, and have been typing some notes and journaling on it! I don't know, something about that click, clank, and bell sound I love!

Ali, I met you briefly at the airport as you were arriving for CHA. I was so happy to meet you and so glad you are every bit as nice as I've heard. I love your work and enjoyed meeting you, even though I was too shy to ask for your autograph.
Thank you so much for being so sweet and open to meeting people. I hope you had a great CHA experience! :)
