Hi Ali. My favorite thing about memory keeping right now is getting down on paper, or the computer, or as most often happens, on the calendar, things my boys say, things we do, people we see & places we go, so that when I get to journaling in their scrapbooks, I won't forget! Thanks for the great giveaway. -Melissa

Ali,
My favourite thing about memory keeping is allowing my children see who i am and how i see them. I was able to view a journal that my nan had written when she was a young woman, and the impact it had on me and how i my view changed of her after i read it. I hope that through memory keeping my children will be able to see that part of me also and how much joy.pain, struggle and LOVE i have in my life. The bling is cool, the paper is cool and it all helps tell the story.

My favorite thing about memory keeping RIGHT NOW is that there is so much inspiration in my life I don't think that I could ever run out of stories to tell and ideas to pass on through my scrapbooking. I love that, when I sit down to tell a story, the words and feelings just FLOW OUT OF ME as if in an effort to make room for what is to come. :-) It's kind of like getting an ever-replentishing fresh dose of 'promise of the future': the more that I let out, the more that pours back in.
Ali, I look forward to your new blog entries EVERY DAY - thanks for the opportunity to win this kit!
Happy Monday!!

my favorite thing is watching my girls go through all the books I have made for them and them getting excited. Also I have to add another, my hubby, he is always so proud of what I have done and greatful that our family has these records of just our daily lives for generations to see, just like his great grandma's did for him.

My favorite thing is that I am finally enjoying the process. Reading blogs and books like Life Artist and Photo Freedom have helped me take the pressure off and every day I just go with the flow. :)

Love that kit! Right now my favorite scrappy thing is enjoying the fruits of my labor. I've been doing it long enough now that I have so many great pages to reminisce over and share with other people.

My favorite thing right now about memory keeping is creating an even better memory by making it in mini-album or creating layouts using those memories (photos, brochures, receipts, etc.). It is far more appealing than just looking at photos. I find myself looking at it far more often than if they where just in a photo box. Also, I like listening to my family and friends comments when they see what I've created. It makes me feel good and so loved...:)
Love the picture of you and Simon (he has grown so much). Thank you!!

My MIL passed away the beginning of May and I was given packages of photos that were in her room. They are mostly of my daughter when she was small. I have loved going through them and remembering that time. It is a special gift to have them.

Right now it's the photos. We moved 2 months ago and while the unpacking, painting, and general work involved in the process hasn't allowed me to scrapbook, I have been able to document through pictures!

My current favorite thing about memory keeping right now is capturing the everday stuff of life. Not just the big moments. One picture has many different stories to tell and I love to hear the different stories that my kids and other family members have to share. Now if I can just document them all!
