My favorite thing about memory keeping right now is sharing it with my daughter-in-law. I love sharing my tools, supplies and ideas with her and am sure that through this we will bond closer.

Hi Ali,
My favorite thing about memory keeping is having something to look back on and remember.... the good and the bad. Not just boring pictures, but stories and journaling to keep the memories alive! Thanks for your inspiration.

My favorite thing right now is when we crack open an old album and are reminded of something special that was actually captured. I feel like I miss so much it's a good reminder of what we are holding on to!

From the comments I`ve read so far, everybody seems to have a good reason to be scrapbooking. For me, I don`t know, I`ve been told it is like an outlet for me but I`m not so sure. I enjoy it for sure, I get a great sense of enjoyment when the project is complete but getting there is sometimes a problem.I agonize over every page. I suppose I do it for our children, my parents have very few pictures of me when I was a child as they were stolen and so I want to document our children`s lives. Since both of them are A.D.H.D. and Autistic, I have never had the courage to do a page on their Special Needs or life when they were younger. I suppose I will have to do it sooner or later but right now I want to focus on the positive and live in the moment with them.

My favorite thing about scrapbooking is the time it gives me to be by myself (or with girlfriends) and regain some of my sanity that you tend to lose with two little ones. =)

I would love to win. Right now what I am enjoying is learning more about my families history. I have been scrapbooking pictures of my grandparents and great grandparents and although I realize I still don't know everything about them it is amazing what you learn by calling relatives. It is a great way to share that with others.

My favorite thing about memory keeping at the moment is capturing all of the quirky things that my son and his friends do this summmer. They have such a unique perspective on their life experiences. These memories will be fun to look back at in the years to come - for all of us.

My 2 year old has found an interest in my basket of mini albums. He loves nothing better than for me to sit down with him and look through them. Love that. :)

Hi Ali, Happy Monday!! Right now my favorite thing about memory keeping is that there is no right or wrong, that it is my hobby and I can explore it in my way. I also love all the changing trends and the way that people in the community share their ideas with each other, it is a great place to make friends.

My favorite part of memory keeping is still just the pursuit of a creating art that captures our life. The best of both worlds. I'm always evolving and changing, but still keeping my style.

My favorite thing about memory keeping is, looking back. Looking at pictures of my kids when they were babies or even just a few months ago. That is the best part about scrapbooking - the memories.

Right now my favorite thing about memory keeping is simply going with inspiration, whether it's a beautiful meaningful moment with my children or the fact that I absolutely hate to fold socks! :) Tess

My favorite thing about memory keeping is that it reminds me to live in the moment and notice the memories that are there to be kept! I much more aware of the sweet, cute, special....small but oh, so important daily happenings than I used to be.
Thanks for the inspiring blog!

My favorite thing about memory keeping right now is making connections between people, places, and things - such as my younger brother's tendency to mimic the things that I do, or in how various members of my extended family look and act like each other. While some may think it is trivial, these are the things that make me laugh and smile.

Last night when my children looked through their personal scrapbooks. My Middle daughter (6) came up and gave me a hug and kiss and said "thank you Mum these memories are great" I could have choked! my husband isn't huge into the scrapbooking thing as he just sees it as a money drainer, it meant the world to me :)

My favorite thing is capturing all the little things that might have been forgotten or over looked in years to come. I love looking back at events/days even just recently and remembering. People's memories are so fleeting. Having the story and pictures is so great.
