My favorite thing about memory keeping is that when I'm done with a project (or page, etc) it is so fun to share with others and use it as a visual for the story I want to tell.

What I love about memory keeping right now is the rush I get from capturing a moment in time...a memory...a thought...a feeling. My life is so chaotic and busy with meetings, playdates, cooking, and cleaning (food off the walls mostly - thanks to my two year old) that everytime I sit down to scrap I'm reminded of the country song "you're going to miss this when it's gone" and find beauty in the chaos that is my life RIGHT NOW. Scrapbooking helps me see that and document it because "I'm going to miss it when it's gone!"

I feel as though I am capturing little snippets of today to cherish tomorrow. Scrapbooking has really made me more aware of how wonderful the everyday moments are.

My favorite thing about memory keeping right now is reminiscing. I refuse to be behind, but I'm looking at and working with old photos (not yet scrapbooked) and I love it! Thanks for the inspiration Ali!

I feel like i am creating a little time capsule of our existence. so if I have grandkids or great grandkids, they may look at our capsule and know more than, hmmm maybe that's great grandma?
also. it makes me happy to do things with my hands. to make something concrete out of an idea or concept in my brain to something tactile. :)

My favorite thing about memory keeping is watching my kids enjoy the result. They love looking at my scrapbooks. They love reading old stories from my blog. They love remembering.

My favorite part right now is making memories each day and then recording my thoughts in a small journal as I'm able. For once, I'm not stressing if I can't get them all down or into an album.

My favorite thing (aside from the great personal creative outlet for me!) is the moments of discussion and sharing initiated between myself and my kids (4,2,1) or myself and my husband when we flip through our completed pages!
Thanks Ali! Your blog is always a source of inspiration.

Memory keeping allows me to live in the moment and to have that moment stay with me forever.

I want my children to be able to remember the earlier days of their childhood. Scrapbooking enables me to document the history that my family makes daily. It can be as small as a loose tooth, my children saying something funny, new jobs or my mom telling my kids how much she loves them. I want my kids and their kids to know how powerful scrapbooking can show my love I have for them yesterday, today, tomorrow and so on!!

My favorite thing is watching my son's eyes light up when we work on a project together. He is almost 6, but has fallen head over heels in love with memory preservation. It is the cutest thing to see in a rough and tumble little boy!

My mother passed away last year, and when going through the photos there were so many that we didn't know who they were. And the ones we knew who they were, we didn't know the significance behind the picture or what was going on at that time.
It is nice to know that by scrapbooking my children's children's children will know who the pictures are of...what the significance is behind the picture and what was going on at that time. I think that is just so cool!!!!
Thanks for this wonderful opportunity Ali.

Great kit..
I love being creative.. especially when I never considered myself creative. I love remembering details about my 2 year old daughter for the future.
Thanks!

My favorite part? That it's a means for me to record the little day-to-day moments of my young son's life. Ten years from now, I won't care when he rolled over for the first time or how much he weighed at his first year appointment. I will care, though, to remember that he used to be obsessed with looking for airplanes in the sky, that he used to grab the bag of goldfish crackers and go hide to eat them, and that he had the craziest hair on a baby I've ever seen. Those are the things I don't want to forget.

My favorite part is the picture-taking itself... Learning to pay attention to the little "stories" unfolding right in front of me in my everyday life with a husband, toddler, and persnickity feline. Thanks for all the inspiration you continually send my way!
