Time with family. Time with my boys. Time with friends. A new advent celebration book is on it's way. Looking forward to sharing special quiet time with my boys and helping them in discovering just what CHRISTmas is all about. Really wanting to incorporate more of our faith into the hussle and bussle of the season. I love everything about the holidays but this year I'm looking for a better balance. Don't want to be so pooped by the 25th I can't enjoy it!:) Looking for the PEACE that only our savior brings!:)

i love the holiday season- everything about it, really.
this year though, my daughter will be almost 2 and will really get excited christmas morning. it will also be her last christmas without a sibling- we have baby # 2 due in May. It may sound silly, but I really want her to have a special christmas since it will be her last one with just mommy and daddy :)

Family, decorating, creating - of course, but time to relax, and reflect on the past year, the good, the not so good, and looking forward to what the next year brings.

After much sickness & hospitals last December, I am looking forward to a "normal" Christmas full of time with family and friends. Want to do all the traditions that were missed last year - decorating, gift making, etc. Thankful for a new season of Christmas.

This Christmas, I AM MOST LOOKING FORWARD TO MY HUSBAND BEING HOME ON LEAVE FROM HIS ONE-YEAR DEPLOYMENT IN THE MIDDLE EAST! I love ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING about Christmas -- most especially creating a warm holiday home with all of the decorating and all of our special traditions, but this year it will be EXTRA special to have our little family together since we are spending the rest of the year apart! (And we should remember that there are still MANY other military families who will not be able to be together for the holidays this year. Our family is lucky). Best wishes to your family, Ali! -- Jen

Shopping, baking, taking the annual Christmas photo and getting those out. Spending time with family, baking, visiting, and just so grateful that we have another year to look back on. So blessed!!

Oh these are adorable!
I can't believe it is HOLIDAY time again. I really do love this time of year. My Favorite thing about the holiday is spending time with my Family. We all try to make it home to Tennessee once a year. Everyone tries to make it there at Christmas Time-so we are all together during that time. That is what really makes it special. I now live in New Jersey and I have a sister who lives in California and the rest live in Tennessee.
Thanks so much Ali! I love your BLOG.

Last year we moved in 2 days before Christmas from Oregon to Utah. We couldn't find anything the movers packed, so our Christmas was the most minimal (there were positives about this). This year I look forward, though, to having a tree again and putting out white lights on our porch. Most of all, I want time to myself to create handmade holiday cards. Thanks for the chance to win.

The decorations and being with family. It just goes to quickly. Lots of hustle and bustle and it's over too fast.

I always look forward to creating new holiday traditions and honoring the old ones - hot chocolate and the Home Alone movie in front of the fireplace, each of us picking out a new ornament for the tree, just spending time with each other as a family - the most important of all!

What I'm most looking forward to is hosting Thanksgiving dinner at my house, and my husband making a movie with the kids. It's a fun tradition that they do every year and they all have a great time.
