Time off--we have the whole month of December off.

I'm looking forward to spending time with my family;between school and soccer and other activities, we don't get enough time to just be together as a family.

Being with family......

I'm looking forward to spending Christmas at home in a new house! I can't wait to get it decorated and turn up the Christmas music.

My favorite part of the holiday season is definitely spending time with family and friends! It's a time to put all else aside, look at all the twinkling lights and appreciate just how Blessed this life is.. Expanded family this year with new in-laws - I love it and can't wait to start my December album.. Thanks for all your hard work and inspiration!! and Merry Christmas to you and yours... Maria

I'm not so sure I am looking forward to the holidays. It will be hard since my dad passed away in July.

I work in education and I get two, yes two weeks off over the December holidays. My husband, daughter, son and I hang out, sleep late and bake lots of goodies. Its my favorite time ever. We get to be a simple family enjoying each others company.

Decorating the house, baking, parties and touching base with all of my friends and family.

My son was sick at the end of last year and in and out of hospital so we're all really looking forward to having a very low-key and normal family holiday season :-) I'm really looking forward to creating some special holiday crafts with my son to celebrate the season, just like my mum did with me when I was little.

Time off to just hang and be with my kids and husband during this magic time. . .I have to admit - I even like the crazyiness of it all. . .LOL

I have a 9 month old grandson and I can't wait to celebrate his first Christmas with him and his big sister.

I love baking sweet treats during the holidays and this year we are looking forward to welcoming our first neice sometime between Thanksgiving & Christmas!

The chance to be with family that I don't always get to see...beautifully decorated homes...and although not the best for the waistline...the wonderful foods & baked goods that only the holidays bring! Mmmm...

I'm looking forward to our boys coming home for the holidays and for those lazy days just sitting around...also the baking and the holiday music...the shopping...not so much!

I am looking forward to spending time with my uncle and all my family!

My favorite part of the Holidy season is the warm feeling that lighting up the Christmas tree brings to everyone. Getting together with my family and the joy in the kids faces when they open their gifts. This is especially so when we gather at my sister's and grandma arrives with presents for 18 grandchildren and they all end up opening their presents at the same time. We always say we will control it this year,but that never happens and we have the best time with all the craziness of wrapping paper and bows flying in the air..... and kids jumping up and down all at the same time. I wouldn't trade that for anything. Thanks again for your great giveaways.

What is not to love about Christmas? I love the colors, the smells, the lights, the spirit, the happiness...I love how everyone has their own traditions they do every year with their family. Besides the usual decorating the tree, putting up the lights and christmas cards, my daughter and I make homemade ornaments for our friends and family every year. My husband and I bake an old family recipe called Brown Bobbies for his family. His mother used to do this before she passed on and now we carry on this tradition. Oh..light bulb moment.. I need to scrapbook/journal about the brown bobbies. Oh..vintage is the way to go...

This is my son's first christmas. I am so excited to see Christmas through his eyes.
Plus, i'm doing your Dec. Album to document our first Christmas together- I can't wait!!
