First up: four amazing sets of tags and accents from Elles Studio.
And second: two Vintage Christmas Art Journal kits from Evalicious.

Spending time with family. And... our school's kindergartners always do a special song at the holiday assembly and I'm looking forward to my youngest participating in it.

We are headed to Michigan this year to go on a Polar Express trip, which is going to happen on my son's birthday. We are going to end up in Santa's Village, and I can't wait to see the excitement on my chilren's faces when we arrive!

I am most looking forward to the spirit I feel at Christmas - I love the closeness of family, the anticipation, and the way my home feels all decorated. I am also looking forward to decorating my newly renovated house!

There is an 8k run/walk along a street lit up with beautiful holiday light displays here that is starting to become a tradition with my husband and I. It takes place in mid-November, and is a nice way to kick off our holiday season. I also love decorating the house while listening to some favorite Christmas cds, the annual neighborhood cookie exchange with the girls, and Christmas Eve services at church.

I love doing all the holiday baking, especially making & decorating cut-out cookies with my kids. They look pretty awful, but they taste delicious!
Congrats on top 1000 blogs.

We don't live near any extended family and often the holidays are spent with just us, our family of three. However, last year my husband had to work on Christmas so my son (16) and I started a new tradition and took a day trip to downhill ski. I could never say just how much fun we had and the memories....oh so sweet! We've been talking about it all year and are gearing up for this year! We can't wait!

I love Christmas - there are so many things to look forward to. One of my favorites is our annual baking day with my girlfriends and their kids. It is a great way to spend time with friends during the busy season and we take home enough baking home to feed a small army.

My main goal is to spend quality time with my little ones (2 and 4), not rushed or stressed out. I want to show and teach them the real joy of this holiday, begin new traditions, bake with them and create things for them to treasure when they are older. I have already begun my shopping so it is out of the way and also started gethering items for my December Daily Album.

What am I most looking forward to about this holiday season? Sharing the joy and warmth of the season with the staff and residents in my halls, and experiencing the holiday festivities on my campus for the first time. =)

Spending time with family during the holiday season is the best. Staying in and taking time and creating gifts for family when the weather is cold out is another favorite of mine.
