This year I'm really looking forward to my Mom and Dad coming from Michigan to be with me and my family in California. I just loved having my Grandparents around at Christmas when I was a kid and I'm glad that my kids will get to have the same experience.

Aside from the true meaning of Christmas , I love the secrets of the season. Family phone calls "what do you think so and so would like"? All of us trying to find the perfect gift for someone we love.

I am most looking forward to smelling my christmas tree and seeing my boys run the house in footed pj's (not cold enough here in Oklahoma till around xmas to wear them).

I am most looking forward to the annual baking exchange I do with my girlfriends. Not so much to food (which is always awesome) but the night when we all get together and gossip and visit and laugh. Nothing beats a girls night.

Wow! What beautiful give-aways! I am most looking forward to spending time with my little ones making cookies, decorating, reading Christmas stories, and crafting. I have challenged each of us to make gifts for eachother this year, and I think it will be super fun if we can pull it off!

This year, family means even more as my brother-in-law, who just turned 36, is dying of cancer and we hope that he will be with us one last Christmas.

We lost my Mom at Christmas when I was only 12. She was alway very good at the Christmas Spirit thing. Now that we have 3 kids, I try to celebrate like her by giving TIME to my children and family.I know 1st hand how precious this is. I try to not get caught up in all the hoopla, and spend the time baking, listening to music, decoration, watching holiday movies,TOGETHER. And not worring about things being perfect, because no matter what, they are.

I'm looking forward to it all! Decorating starting the day after Thanksgiving, baking with my girls helping, driving around to look at lights, playing Christmas music and sitting by a warm fire. I LOVE Christmas!!!

I am most looking forward to leaving the desert of Southern California for the Green Mountains of Vermont to spend Christmas with my family. Cutting down the Christmas tree, hot chocolate, sledding, snowmobiling and being COLD! Also, this is most likely the last year of believing in Santa at our house, so I am sure it will be bittersweet.

Ali,
I am a Christmas addict, I even have small reminders on display during the year and from October onwards I relish the thought of decorating and celebrating with my family, today I reorganised the living room into a new cosy layout and went and bought a huge pile of Christmas DVD favourites, I'm so excited! Thanks so much for the opportunity to win these goodies.

What I'm looking forward to with Hoilday 2008: Times with family around the fire while sipping hot chocolate, twinkling fairy lights on the tree and everywhere I look, baking all kinds of Christmas cookies with my little girl, sharing those cookies with neighbors and friends, helping those who are in need and spreading the holidady joy, Christmas Eve Service and Christmas Day treats.

I'm most looking forward to experimenting with my camera - trying to get those perfect shots of the tree, the decorations, and, of course, my family. I have shot some amazing pictures of my kids around the holidays. The lights and decorations just lend themselves so well to photography.
