This holiday season I am looking forward to my whole family getting together at my Moms in Nevada. It is something she has wanted for so long and this year we are going to make it happen.

I always look forward to decorating with my family. We always decorate the tree together and we enjoy putting all the ornaments from years past on our tree. Also baking cookies with my daughter.

I'm looking forward to hopefully having time to either create a December daily album or an advent calendar. I always look forward to spending more time with my family, and watching the kids enjoy the wonders of the holidays.

Finding peace and enjoying family. I got married in September, so the summer was hectic leading up to it with wedding preparations. Then, after returning from our honeymoon, work has been insanely busy. I'm looking forward to the downtime, magic and joy of the holidays - spendng time with my new husband - and finding peace.

I love Christmas cards! I remember going though all the cards that my parents would receive each year. My parents whould share memories that they had of all those people I find the process of making unique Christmas cards is my way of sharing a piece of me with my family and friends.

I (and my 4 year old son) can't wait for my husband to arrive home in time for the holidays! He is active duty military and is gone most of the time so him being here for Christmas is a special gift in itself!

I love decorating the tree. Last year we invited friends over to help put up the tree, hang our ornaments, and of course have food, hot cocoa and cider.
