Week in the Life : sharing samples + giveaway
Tags:Hoping to have some embellished rectangles to share with you tomorrow. In the meantime I have been getting a bunch of different samples from people participating this week. I love to see the variety and how everyone is making it work for themselves, their story, their photos, their time.
Feel free to keep sending them my way as you get a chance to work on your album/layout/project. See below for today's giveaway.
Also, I answered most questions in the comments section yesterday. If you asked a question check there for your answer.

something good about today . . . after a few morning chores I'm planning to go get my passport photo taken and tomorrow apply for my first EVER passport!
thanks so much for all the inspiration for this project, Ali. I am loving it. And I'm loving your designer digitals templates! This is my first attempt at hybrid scrapbooking, and it is really cool. I really appreciate all your tips & how-to's. Thanks!

Today my 4 month old son and I made our first trip to the library for story time and songs for babies. We had so much fun and I am lucky to be able to work only part time to share this time with him. A good day indeed!

Thank you for suggesting this project. I have often thought about doing something like this but needed prodding.
Something good about today is that we're ordering in lunch today at work, which is a fun treat. Also, I got to work early today, and have good coffee. Somedays it's all about the little things.

Today is a fabulous day because I just got back from my doctor's appointment and he said the baby is looking healthy! I only have 4 weeks left!

A good thing about today is I only have to work a half day and then I am on vacation for the rest of the week. So I can work on my Week in the Life Book. So excited!

I found a good home for my cat, who we must unfortunately give up. Found him a villa in the french countryside, where he can run and play and commune with nature, and not be cooped up in an apartment

I love all of those ideas, so much inspiration! I'm planning on doing the project in a few weeks once we've settled into our new home a bit, started new routines and such, so those stamps would be perfect to use! One of the things that I'm looking forward to tonight is having no plans, just being ble to hang out at home.
Thank you for all of the inspiration!

Something good about today? I woke up which means I'm still alive! And my key card let me into the office, so I still have a job! And none of my teeth fell out! (I guess I should explain: I was eating a wonderful, soft, moist piece of chocolate cake and one of my crowns just fell off!) And tonight Mom and I have our bi-weekly girls night out: I treat her to getting her nails done. She gave up so much for me and my sisters while we were growing up...

Oooh! What is great about today is that it is my only day off from work this week- and the weather is SO nice out! (about 85 today or more I would guess). Time for some chores, but also a cool glass of iced tea and reading outside in the shade. :)

I am getting all my pictures organized this week and I still haven't decided how I will put them together, but I will. :)
Something good that will happen today is that my oldest daughter is getting a free 6 x 3.5 foot drafting table. She is an artist and this has her most happy. Her other art table will now hold our computer and it is making everyone feel extra artsy. That is good.
