Week in the Life : sharing samples + giveaway

wow, pick me! pick me! I am so glad you did this class online so to speak. I took it at cku and now I am doing it again. Thanks for the inspiration.

The sun is shining, my daughter has a playdate after school, so they can play outside and I can play in my craft room :)

We made it to school on time this morning!
Not that we are usually late... I just thought for sure we were not going to make it.
My Coffee was delicious, too! Nothing helps a stressful morning more than something yummy and warm to sip on.
Thanks for the inspiration for this project... it is the little things that are so easily forgotten, yet are so important.

Reasons that today is a good day:
The sun is shining but it's a cool brisk day
I have great hair today (happy hair as I call it)
My MIL told me that I looked really nice when I left for work
I was able to get the kitchen picked up before I left this morning
I made plans for lunch on Friday with a friend

The best part of my day so far (at 9:15 a.m.) was the look of pure love my son gave me when I dropped him off at school. Is there a better way to start the day?

Today is a good day because I'm enjoying every part of it, living each day as it comes. Of course the sun and cooler weather is a nice bonus!

Ali -- Thank you for sharing everyone's ideas for putting their album together. Two of my friends and I started this project together and will ending the project together as well. It will be so much fun to see how each one comes together. Thank you for the inspiration!!!!

Today is a beautiful sunny day here in Scotland - thank goodness after it raining practically all summer !
To top it off beautifully, a very nice man has just cut my grass for me and now the garden looks fab (even although the borders are all weeds!)

I woke up to a beautiful sunny morning here on the West Coast...it is a brisk and colorful Autumn day. Love it! I am also super duper excited that I'm picking up my 98 dollars worth of photos..(.had lots enlarged to 8x12) almost choked on the price when paying for them...hee hee. It feels like Christmas morning to me right now...of the anticipation of getting my hands on those pics.

I'd love to win freebies - wow, could I put them to good use. One of the good things about today is that my father-in-law is getting out of the hospital today, just in time for Canadian thanksgiving this weekend! And that's what we will be thankful for this weekened when we visit him - turkey and thanksgiving dinner in hand - on the farm in Saskatchewan.

Being able to sleep in because it is fall break and finally finding something that has been lost for days!

Today I am backing up photos on my computer. Boring but so necessary!

Forgot to tell you about something good today OOPS My girls have a 2 hour late start today so that means we all got to sleep in today and start our day feeling a little fresher :)

Today it is a sunny fall day in Oregon, after several grey rainy days. And, teacher/parent conferences at school today...one down, off to one now! Thanks :)

Hi Ali...lots of good stuff today...I am finally feeling better after feeling sick for several days :)...got a nice email from my son who is a freshman in college. I had time (and energy) to clean my bathroom today...getting ready to make homemade granola...AND...I extended my Week in the Life Photo Essay by 3 days to make it 10 days instead of 7! Loved, loved it soooo much...didn't want to stop. Thank you.

I woke up and hugged my healthy son. It's a good day.
I volunteer as a counselor at a camp for kids with cancer. In the past the girls I bunk with have all shared how they collect and save memories from their treatments, diagnosis, hospitals stays etc. I would like to make a ready to fill "Week in the Life" scrapbook for them to give them a place to chronicle how each day brings them something new.

cute stamps. Cute seems to be my word for the day. i wonder why. it's not an esp. cute day. Today my son has a great school field trip - heading from Vegas to Utah to go see a shakespeare play. He didn't want to go, but i am hoping he enjoys seeing Julius Caesar. it's his kind of story. tonight starts Yom Kippur and a time of reflection. thinking hard on the past year and how to make next year better.

The best thing about today is my boss is out sick. Woo hoo. Thanks for the chance to win.
