Week in the Life : sharing samples + giveaway

Life itself is good today. Although my mom just left yesterday after visiting for a few days. I'm really sad. Although I'll still be missing her, winning something might make me feel a little better. thanks Ali !!

Thanks for the chance at getting these cool stamps! The good thing about my day today is that I got off work early! YAY!!!

We did some meal planning this weekend, so have a yummy chicken casserole waiting for dinner tonight! Crossing my fingers for the stamps! Thanks so much for the continued inspiration.

something good about today is that the baby is starting to go longer between feedings...gives me a bit of a break ;-)

I really enjoyed looking at everyone's pages. It gives me a ton of inspiration. I have all of my photos uploaded but not ordered yet but seeing what others have accomplished, gets me in the grove to go!! Today we survived a dentist visit... even though Ryan is miserable the entire experience.. we noticed some self talk to calm himself down... and another experience in the past... on to a better day!

Sleeping in until 7 today (instead of 5) was quite wonderful...

Just as I was ready to leave daycare this morning, my full-of-energy, 3.5 year old son said "Wait Mom! I have to give you another hug.....Love you!" What a great way to start my day.

The good thing about today is that I raised $400.00 at work to go towards The Combined Federal Campaign (a charity event that goes on in government agencies).

I love seeing the examples. I'm not that far along yet, but so good to see other people's ideas and hopefully will help me think outside the box a bit. Thanks.

I am giving my girls the day off from homeschool and we are going to have a playdate with my son's friend Maggie

I persuaded a co-worker not to sell all the stocks in his retirement fund today. I think this was a good thing to do in the long term. I told him to do something fun with his family instead and stop watching the markets. He's got 20 years before retirement and has time to recover his losses.

Those are great pages! Something good from today was the reminder that I can do nothing good myself...but that God is able to do all things through me. He is able to do "exceeding abundantly beyond all that we ask of think"

Got to play with my I-pod Touch soo cool. I love it when things work right!

Wednesday is my day to help at my son's school. First we have all-school meeting which is really fun. They sing, make announcements, celebrate birthdays, etc. It really builds a together feeling for the students. Then I help with math in son's class. It's so fun being involved in his school and being there. Love the kids!

It is a great fall day here with some rain. Makes it perfect for staying indoors and not feeling guilty about not playing outside for once with the boys!
