Week in the Life : sharing samples + giveaway
Tags:Hoping to have some embellished rectangles to share with you tomorrow. In the meantime I have been getting a bunch of different samples from people participating this week. I love to see the variety and how everyone is making it work for themselves, their story, their photos, their time.
Feel free to keep sending them my way as you get a chance to work on your album/layout/project. See below for today's giveaway.
Also, I answered most questions in the comments section yesterday. If you asked a question check there for your answer.

Oh I love this one! My special something today is that I get to spend the day with my daughter! She has no school and we are going to do lunch and a day at the gymnastics center as well as make something fun! I am really looking forward to it! And also the sun is out! And for us here in WI that is unusual this time of year!

Great inspiration!
Best thing about today so far has been having a good breakfast and a nice cup of tea. Simple as that.

This morning before school, Emily said "I miss Dad" and instead of telling her how many more days, I was able to say "He's coming home today." Good way to start the day. Your inspiration made ordinary (tough) days worth sharing . . . thank you.

Thanks so much Ali for your constant inspiration - I am in the middle of the project, documenting this week.
My favorite thing about today so far (granted it's only 8:13 am!) is that it was the first day of this week I was able to get up fully rested, without the help of an alarm. Gotta love that!
Thanks again!

I just love all these ideas ... even if I don't have the time to try them right now in my busy life, I can always refer back to your posts. I love how you always rejuvenate us and get us going!
Today - good thoughts - I didn't wake up with a headache, which is GOOD! Those days are few and far between lately! :)
Happy Hump Day!

The best thing about today is that it is raining and I don't have to be outside today.

What is good about today? My daughter woke me up this morning by crawling into bed and telling me that I was the greatest in the world. I made it to work early instead of late. It's starting to cool down outside (We live in Florida). We just got word that our inspection for our home that we are trying to buy will be on Friday. So far, today has been great!

Best thing about today? The sun is shining and the foliage is beautiful - we are near peak here in the upper Northeast. The blue skies are really contrasting with the yellow/orange leaves. aahhhhhhh!

Today I have no appointments, no errands, no places to be outside the necessary routine. It's raining (we need it), and I'm going to spend a large chunk of the day dry and indoors, in my craft room. Very, very good.

The best part of my day today? We were out late last night so my children did not get to sleep until after 9pm, and so both of them slept in until 9am this morning....and so did I!!!! Yay! I love a sleep in.

Something great about my day is that I have reconnected with an old friend. He just sent an e-mail that said that I sound (virtually) like I did over 15 years ago. What a great thing.

I'm self-employed and Wednesday is the day my husband works from home instead of travelling 2 hours each way to work in London, like he does the rest of the week. We get to spend the day together and take each other cups of coffee and gallop around the living room and stuff. (Doesn't everyone do that?) I love Wednesdays! :-)
Thanks for all the inspiration, Ali - loving this project.

Today. Today will be FABULOUS as will every other day that I have my family, my health and inspiration like that which has been posted here. What more could a scrapaholic ask for?

The best thing about today is that people appreciate it when you hold doors open for them. It is such a great day when you connect with a perfect stranger over a simple act of kindness.
