I would love to learn about both natural and un natural lighting systems with my digital SLR. I bought the camera knowing that it would take me a while to grow into it but its been a while now.

I would like to learn more about simplifying and saying "no"! I think I put too much effort into things and make them more difficult and then I have this problem saying "no" to things. My goal for 2008 was to slow down and take in a few deep breaths...which I have started to do...just need to keep on that path for 2009!

I would like to learn to filter negative thoughts better. To stay positive when you feel like you're drowning in a sea of not so pleasant things. Let's face it, the news, not so cheerful; bombings, wars, shootings and loss. i would like to be able to see the world as a happy place, at least my section of it, and keep it in my heart as a glimmer of hope.
