oooh..fun giveaways!! I'm crossing my fingers on this one. There are a ton of things that I want to learn next year as I have been feeling very inspired lately. More recently, I've had a desire to learn to paint.

Handmade gifts mean so much, I want to make something for every member of my family (it might take a while since I have a HUGE Mexican family!)

I'd love to learn how to use my camera better - this isn't coming naturally to me and I just need to buckle down and learn it the hard way, since instinct doesn't seem to be working. I want my pictures to be as gorgeous as my memories are!

Awesome prize!!
I have done digital scrapbooking since 2005. I am doing a December Daily album, inspired by you, with hybrid/mixed media and mainly paper scrapbooking and I'm loving it.
In the next 12 months I would like to learn...
- how to not be so particular, not so straight lines, to be more fun and go with the flow. For me paper scrapbook used to seem so overwhelming. Digital scrapbooking if I didn't like it I could move the item or change the size easily.
- how to work with stamps. I haven't yet tried them out. I've seen the plastic stamps in stores but just not sure about using them. Again, this goes back to "particular and straight lines".
- how to make a scrapbook from a paper bag.

There are so many little things that I feel like I don't know...but I would love to learn how to use more tools with my scrapbooking in 2009(i.e. acrylic, paint...basically anything other than paper, stamps, pictures and glue! ha ha!) I think that would help me jazz up a lot of my pages! :)

Good question Ali - you always get me thinking!
What do I really, really, really want to learn? Personally, I would like to learn how focus and stay focused on what is really important to me in my life and my family - (probably a life long task, but I would like to be more on track) and I would like to learn how to be a more patient parent.

Hi Ali, I would like to learn how to keep healthy food in my house on a regular basis. Right now we're eating healthy dinners, but breakfast and lunches aren't so good. I'm motivated to eat better, but I've got 29 years of bad eating habits to change and it's taking some time.
Thanks for the giveaway opportunities!
