Gina has been hand-lettering for 16 years. She sells her custom
stationery through retail stationery stores across the country; the "Katie Return Address"
design is an etsy exclusive.

Right now I am happy that my 14 year old daughter finished up her star event project for her regional FCCLA meeting today....she did a project about getting to know family through history.
She interviewed her great-grandpa about WWII and we all had so much fun learning his stories, seeing his war momentos he brought home, etc.

My husband was laid off this past month... a victim of the economy, and it has been stressful... but there are silver linings to everything and me and my children have enjoyed having him home with us!! That makes me happy. :)

I lost my job on Friday and was devastated to hear that news - as I am still on maternity leave. But today, when you ask what makes me happy right now, I have to say that even though I have lost that important part of my life, I should be thrilled that I get to spend more time home with my little one. So that is what makes me happy today. I get to enjoy my baby girl for a bit longer than I would have otherwise.
