Wednesday Sponsor Giveaways: Get It Scrapped, Lettergirl, and Scarlet Lime
One person will receive an online class spot in Art Journaling 101 and another person will get a spot in Art Journaling 102 with Dina at Get It Scrapped.
Are there are times when photos and journaling on a traditional scrapbook page don’t convey all you’d like? Scrapbooker, mixed-media collage artist, and visual journaler Dina Wakley uses a line-upon-line approach in her online classes at Get It Scrapped! to teach even those who think they’re not artistic the craft of making Art Journal pages. Classes include downloadable pdf and video lessons.
In Art Journaling 102 Dina teaches you how to “amp” up your images, layers, and textures. Art Journaling 101 covers the basics of art and journaling techniques and includes a bonus Spray Ink tutorial.
One person will receive a Katie Return Address Stamp (choice of rubber or self-inking) from Lettergirl.
Gina has been hand-lettering for 16 years. She sells her custom
stationery through retail stationery stores across the country; the "Katie Return Address"
design is an etsy exclusive.
One person will receive Scarlet Lime's bright and cheerful February kit. You can read more about Scarlet Lime here.
To be entered into the drawing today leave a comment letting me know something that is making you happy right now. Comments will be closed at 8pm this evening with the winners posted shortly after.

As I sit in my husbands hospital room I am happy that he tolerated his surgery well yesterday and am cautiously optomistic about a speedy recovery.

Listening to the sounds of the rain, and the cool breeze moving the sliding door's blinds. It's relaxing.

Hi Ali,
For the past two weeks, I have been concentrating on my creativity through scrapbooking & art. Doing so makes me happy & I love the trickle down effect it has been having in other areas of my life. Thanks for another great giveaway opportunity!

Right now, I am happy because my newlywed husband loves to see me scrapbook and doesn't mind when my supplies are everywhere. He always loves seeing my new page layouts and is very supportive about my hobby. I love it!

Watching both my kids explore and learn new things everyday. Laila is 14 months so she is in overload on the learning. Hayden is in kindergarten so he is also learning lots of new things like printing and reading.
It's amazing to watch them both !!

I am so happy this morning to see the bright sun after a few days of constant rain. We have needed the rain in CA but it is perfect that is has come in installments and not all at once prevented the usual winter flooding for some prro people!

The morning chaos of seeing two boys and one husband out the door is done. The house is quiet. My coffee is hot. The sun is shining. There are projects to tackle and books to be read.
Life is good.

A dusting of snow is making me happy right now. Not enough to cancel school or enough to shovel but enough to cover the trees, it's very pretty.

My Blog is making me happy! Even though nobody reads it. It's helping me to think more throughout the day about my dreams and about what is happening around me. It also is helping me see that I need to really organize my photos. And I love the feeling of not getting left behind in the techie world as I get older. It's another creative outlet and I love that it's basically free. I like how I am taking the time now to really see others blogs and what they are trying to convey. Makes me Happy. Yep.

What is making me happy right now? Actually, a lot of things! Time to scrap, happy and healthy children, a husband who I love dearly and makes me laugh... a clean house, and lately it's been being able to have a fabulous job as a photographer where I get to capture everyday life, relationships, growth and fresh little babies! Life is great!
