I am very happy right now that 23 year old my fiance of over a year does not have to start dialysis. On Friday we got some very bad news about a liver condition he has which could possibly cut his lifetime in half and I am happy that we are not on that path yet. I am happy that he immediately made changes in his everyday habits to prevent us from ever going down that road. And I am mostly happy that he is already feeling better because of those changes. I love him so much and cherish every wonderful day I spend with him!

Right this minute I am really happy for the sweet little squeeze my 2.5-year-old little guy gave to my hands! He just grabbed them, put them on his shoulder and squeezed them up against his ear and held me there for a minute before moving on with his play. It's made my heart feel warm and fuzzy!

Spending time with my husband. We've been staying with family for the past 9 months and finally finished our cross-country move by renting our house (that couldn't sell!) and buying one in our new location.
